The Role: Sales Rep (Closer)

You'll be closing $5,000 Elite program packages on Zoom calls with parents and their kids. These aren't cold leads, every person who books a call has already paid us $397 and been pre-qualified by a setter. They're bought in and ready to talk. Your job is to identify the right fits and close them.

Sales Team Vision:

We're building a team of killers. Not order-takers. You'll get daily sales training, direct coaching, and a proven process that works. The reps who perform move up and get paid more.

What We Expect From You:

High work ethic (Monday – Saturday)

Follow our proven sales process

Train with your coach daily

Manage your pipeline and follow up properly

Hit KPI: 40% close rate

Compensation (Commission Only, Uncapped):

10% commission on every close = $500 per deal.

Here's the math:

Full-time call load: 8 calls/day, Monday – Saturday = 48 calls/week, ~208 calls/month.

Assuming 80% of those show up, you're looking at ~166 calls/month.

Conservative OTE (10% close rate): ~17 closes = ~$8,500/month

This is not a salary job. If you don't close, you don't eat. But if you're good, and you get better every day, the ceiling doesn't exist.

Location:

Remote, worldwide. All you need is a laptop, strong wifi, and the discipline to show up every day like a pro. We like people who can work in EST.
