The Role: Onboarding Specialist (Setter)

You'll be the first face every new family sees after they purchase our $397 Player Accelerator program. Your job is to welcome them in, run their onboarding call on Zoom, make sure they're set up for success, and identify who's the right fit for our $5,000 Elite program. If they are — you book them on a call with our closers.

You're not hard selling anyone. You're building trust with families, guiding them through the process, and making sure the right people get to the next step.

Sales Team Vision:

We're building a leadership factory. We're looking for reps to come in, prove themselves, develop skills, and move fast in their career.

We promote from within. You have to prove you can set before you can close. Top performing setters are eligible for promotion to closer — where commission jumps to $250-$400 per close and monthly OTE exceeds $22,000.

What We Expect From You:

Results:

90% purchase-to-book rate — when someone buys our $397 program, you get them booked on their onboarding call. 9 out of 10 should be on your calendar.

90% book-to-show rate on onboarding calls — the families you book actually show up. This comes down to your confirmation process, your energy, and how much they trust you before the call even starts.

90% show rate on upsell calls — when you set a qualified family for a closer call, they show up ready to talk. This is the direct result of how well you built the relationship during onboarding.

Requirements:

Experience in an SDR/BDR/setter role OR sold products for your own business

Self-sufficient and able to properly manage your own time

Open to learning new processes in sales

Excellent communication skills — on camera and in writing

Compensation (Base + Uncapped Commission):

Base Salary: $1,200 USD/month

Plus commission on every deal closed from your sets:

0 – 19 closes/month: 1% commission ($50 per close)

20 – 30 closes/month: 2% commission ($100 per close)

31+ closes/month: 3% commission ($150 per close)

Here's the math:

Our closers receive approximately 48 calls per week. With an 80% qualified rate, that's around 38 quality calls per week or ~165 per month. At a 40% close rate (our KPI), that's 66 closes per month flowing through the pipeline.

Your commission on 66 closes with tiered rates:

First 19 closes at 1% = $950

Next 11 closes (20-30) at 2% = $1,100

Remaining 36 closes (31-66) at 3% = $5,400

Total monthly at KPI: $1,200 base + $7,450 commission = ~$8,650/month

Conservative OTE (10% close rate): $1,200 base + ~$825 commission = ~$2,025/month

As we scale to $12M, call volume increases. More calls = more closes = more commission for you. Our closers make $5,000-$22,000+/month. Top performing setters are eligible for promotion.

Location:

Remote, worldwide. Full-time, EST hours. All you need is a laptop, strong wifi, and the ability to show up on camera every day looking professional and ready to go.
